How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address.

Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request".

Include your registered mobile number and account email address.

We will verify your identity before processing your request.

Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days after successful verification, except where certain information must be retained to comply with legal, tax, regulatory, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account or recover your data.
What will be deleted
- User account
- Profile information
- Uploaded documents (where legally permitted)
- App-related personal data
What may be retained
Certain tax, financial, or legally required records may be retained for the period required by applicable laws.
