Delete My Account using your registered PAN number and password.
The existing account-closure flow asks you to confirm the request before closing your account. Once closed, active sessions are revoked, sign-in to the closed account is blocked, and you may register again later as a new client.
What account closure means
- Your client account is closed and portal access ends.
- Active client sessions are revoked.
- The closed account cannot be used to sign in again.
- A genuine fresh registration may be completed later.
Records that may be retained
Legally required tax, payment, financial, and audit records may still be retained for the period required by applicable law.
